1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

1.1. All BlinkNOVA® products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

1.2. To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging and tags intact.

  • Products must not be altered, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Returns should have a valid reason (e.g., wrong item received, wrong size, manufacturing defect, or change of mind).

2. Exchanges (Wrong Size or Alternative Size)

2.1. If your BlinkNOVA® gear doesn’t fit quite right, we’re happy to exchange it for the correct size.
2.2. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of request.
2.3. If the size you need is not in stock, you may choose a refund or wait for the restock.
2.4. Customers are responsible for return shipping when requesting a different size, but we’ll ship the replacement back to you free of charge.

3. How to Start a Return or Exchange

3.1. To request a return or exchange, please email our support team at hello@blinknova.co.uk within the 30-day window.

3.2. Our team will guide you through the process and issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which must be included on your return package.

3.3. Please package items securely to avoid damage during shipping.

4. Return Shipping Costs
